We are always looking for ways to meaningfully engage with and develop the skills of young people and emerging artists through work placements.

Due to the high number of requests we receive for work experience placements we are unable to respond to speculative requests.

Work experience at York Theatre Royal has been an astounding experience for me. I have enjoyed hearing the story of the Grey Lady, seeing a dress rehearsal, going to costume hire, being an usher, interviewing an actor and going backstage! Thanks for everything!
