Faye Campbell is the latest signing for this year’s York Theatre Royal pantomime All New Adventures of Peter Pan which runs from 2 December 2022 to 2 January 2023.
Faye is back after having played Cinderella in last year’s production which was nominated as Best Panto at the British Pantomime Awards. Faye also played The Hero in Jack and the Beanstalk and Dick Whittington in York Theatre Royal’s Travelling Pantomime in 2020.
Faye joins CBeebies’ Maddie Moate who will also be flying into York to play Tinkerbell in this family-friendly show which is once again being produced in partnership with Evolution Productions.
The pantomime promises to be a fun-packed swashbuckling family adventure with an extra sprinkling of fairy dust magic. Audiences can expect laughter, music and family fun galore and a fresh, fun take on the much-loved story of Peter Pan.
York Theatre Royal Creative Director Juliet Forster, who is directing All New Adventures of Peter Pan, said: “We are so pleased to welcome Faye back for this year’s pantomime – she has such talent and enthusiasm and was so popular with our audiences here as Cinderella last year, and across the city in The Travelling Pantomime in 2020. We can’t wait to get her back on our stage!”
Further casting for All New Adventures of Peter Pan will be announced in coming months.
