York Theatre Royal are looking for Creatives to work on a brand new community engagement project, Sweet Legacies. The project will see York Theatre Royal work with around 15 different community groups across the city to celebrate the Rowntree family legacy with a series of fun, free and inclusive activities and events.
Are you a Creative passionate about community engaged work? York Theatre Royal want to hear from you!
We’re looking to expand our pool to include more local Creatives, from a variety of creative disciplines, to support a series of upcoming community engagement projects across the Sweet Legacies Community programme.
We hope to meet a variety of people at different stages in their careers at our Freelancer Pool Call out – anything from poetry to pottery!
If you have a passion for people, place, and engagement then please come along:
Tuesday 18th March 2025 between 3-6pm at York Theatre Royal.
This will be an opportunity to meet the community engagement team, learn more about Sweet Legacies and a chance to network with fellow local artists.
